I recently sent my Glock 19 in to have the slide milled for a RMR and cocking serrations. The work ATEi performed was outstanding. Not only was the work flawless it was performed in an extremely timely manner. I had previously sent a Glock 17 to a competitor for RMR milling and waited 7 months before getting my pistol back. ATEi kept to their published return time and I had my pistol in time to use at class I was signed up for. In the future I will be using ATEi for my gun smithing needs.

I absolutely love the work that was done on my Glock. I am a stickler for attention to detail, and I could not find a single problem with the craftsmanship of my weapon. It was worth every penny. Wow ATEI is top notch. RMR on M&P9 going to have my 40 done with full serrations and rmr as soon as i have enough money. i would never say that they charge to much because Doug does such a fine job. Lots of R&D went into this craft

Called in a few times for an ETA and the dates given were always very general and kept getting pushed back. I don’t really mind it taking so long but it would have been nice to have gotten a more concise answer. *Response from ATEi, Shipped to us around Dec 7th 2013, completed and shipped back in 4 weeks on Jan 6th 2014 even though we took time off for the holidays. Lead times are about 2-6 weeks.*

Doug did great work on my M&P 40. Installed RMR, installed suppressor sights, refinished slide, and did a complete trigger job. Smoothest, crispest trigger I have ever shot. Awesome job.
