Doug coated my slide installed RMR, co witness sights, and slide serrations on all sides and top. The gun is amazing and everyone who sees it compliments on it. I carry it for a duty gun and it is flawless, and unbeatable on target acquisition.

I tend not to impress easily, but a brief tour of ATEi and some time with Doug was enough to convince me of his diligent craftsmanship. The work done on my M&P is of the highest quality.

Called in a few times for an ETA and the dates given were always very general and kept getting pushed back. I don’t really mind it taking so long but it would have been nice to have gotten a more concise answer. *Response from ATEi, Shipped to us around Dec 7th 2013, completed and shipped back in 4 weeks on Jan 6th 2014 even though we took time off for the holidays. Lead times are about 2-6 weeks.*
