I’ve had my fully converted M&P 9 in hand for about 3 months now (Half Top Cocking Serrations, Front Side Cocking Serrations, Slide Re-Coated w. Nickle-Boron, Trigger Job, and Full Grip Stippling). Man, WHAT A PRODUCT! This thing runs superbly in the dry, wet, muddy, and bloody (last not fully tested… thank God!) This is the pistol S&W SHOULD HAVE MADE! Doug does a Hell of a job!

Doug MIlled my slide for my Glock 19 and attached my Trijicon RMR… Wow!!! The work is top notch, and I recieved my slide back in approx. 1 week which is much faster than I anticipated. Thanks for the great work ATEi

Remember the golden glow from Jules Winnfield and Vincent Vega’s briefcase in Pulp Fiction? That’s what I saw when I opened this box from Doug.

I’ve had 3 M&P triggers done,4 sets of night sights, 2 RMRs installed on my Glocks, slide serrations, refinishing and some rifle work done by Doug. I can’t say enough good things about this guy and his work. He is my “go to” guy. There are plenty of companies that are closer to me but I would much rather take the drive to see Doug. Outstanding job and he has a customer for life!

Just received my personal Glock 19 slide back. OUTSTANDING work, which came as no surprise from Doug and his crew. My PD and Sheriff customers will be VERY interested in this service!!

I tend not to impress easily, but a brief tour of ATEi and some time with Doug was enough to convince me of his diligent craftsmanship. The work done on my M&P is of the highest quality.

Had slide work done by another company that was below par (slide was not hardened). Doug did some additional work and fixed ‘er up nice. Awesome work. Second M&P is under way.

I recently sent my Glock 19 in to have the slide milled for a RMR and cocking serrations. The work ATEi performed was outstanding. Not only was the work flawless it was performed in an extremely  timely manner. I had previously sent a Glock 17 to a competitor for RMR milling and waited 7 months before getting my pistol back. ATEi kept to their published return time and I had my pistol in time to use at class I was signed up for. In the future I will be using ATEi for my gun smithing needs.

For those of you on the RMR fence, jump off and talk to Doug!  Now to find a duty holster that will work. Excellent work and great communication. Thanks Doug, another slide coming your way when I can afford another RMR.

Doug at ATEI has done work on a S&W M&P9 for me.  He installed a RMR site, did a trigger job and refinish.  I was so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that I had him do a M&P9c.  It too is perfect and functions flawlessly!
