Love the trigger job on my S&W M&P9c. Can’t believe how smooth it is now. I’m not much of a gun guy and thought ” how big of a difference can it make”. Can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with the work done.

I’ve had my fully converted M&P 9 in hand for about 3 months now (Half Top Cocking Serrations, Front Side Cocking Serrations, Slide Re-Coated w. Nickle-Boron, Trigger Job, and Full Grip Stippling). Man, WHAT A PRODUCT! This thing runs superbly in the dry, wet, muddy, and bloody (last not fully tested… thank God!) This is the pistol S&W SHOULD HAVE MADE! Doug does a Hell of a job!

Called in a few times for an ETA and the dates given were always very general and kept getting pushed back. I don’t really mind it taking so long but it would have been nice to have gotten a more concise answer. *Response from ATEi, Shipped to us around Dec 7th 2013, completed and shipped back in 4 weeks on Jan 6th 2014 even though we took time off for the holidays. Lead times are about 2-6 weeks.*
